How I Lowered My Fasting Blood Sugar Below 100 With A Low Carb Keto Carnivore Diet

How I Lowered My Fasting Blood Sugar Below 100!  Low Carb High Fat Keto Carnivore Diet!  I used a low carb high fat diet such as LCHF, Keto, Ketogenic, Ketovore and Carnivore to lower my fasting blood sugar below 100!

In July Of 2019 I Was Diagnosed With Pre-Diabetes!  My A1C Was 6.3 & My Weight Was 280 Pounds!  My Height Was 5 Foot 5 Inches!

In November Of 2020 I Went Back To My Doctor For A Check-Up!  I Had Lost 40 Pounds!  I Lowered My A1C Down To 5.7 Which Is In The Normal Range!

In This Video I Want To Share With You How I Was Able To Lose 40 Pounds & Lower My Fasting Blood Sugar Readings To Be Below 100!

Disclosure:  I Am Not A Doctor Or A Dietician!  What I Am Telling You In This Video Is How I Lowered My Fasting Blood Sugar Readings To Be Under 100!

If You Are Taking Insulin Or Are Taking Blood Sugar Medications, Be Sure To Work With Your Doctor As You Lower Your Blood Sugar!

The First Thing That I Would Recommend You Do Is To Purchase A Blood Glucose Meter To Monitor Your Blood Sugar Daily!

I Encourage You To Record Your Fasting Blood Sugar Readings Every Morning Before You Eat Or Have Anything To Drink!

I Also Encourage You To Record Everything You Eat Or Drink In Some Type Of Food Journal!  This Can Be Beneficial To You When Trying To See What Might Have Gone Wrong!

What Type Of Diet Should I Be Using To Lower My Blood Sugar?  There Are 3 Diets That I Would Like For You To Consider & See Which One Would Be Best For Your Body!

All 3 Diets Will Be Restricting Your Daily Intake Of Carbs!  Depending On How Well Your Body Is Able To Handle Carbs Will Determine On How Low Your Carb Intake Will Need To Be!

The First Diet I Would Start With Is Called Low Carb High Fat!  The Total Carb Intake For The Day Is 100 Grams Or Less!  Remember This Is Total Carbs Not Net Carbs!

To Do This I Would Suggest To Eliminate All Carbs From What You Drink.  I Always Drink Either Water Or Unsweetened Tea Or Coffee!  By Doing This You Might Be Surprised How Many Carbs You Can Eliminate!

Also I Would Suggest You Eliminate Or Reduce All Sugar, Breads, Grains, Pasta, Cereals & Starchy Vegetables!  Also be Very Careful With High Sugar Fruits!  Be Sure To Read All Food Labels For Hidden Carbs!

Try This Diet For A Few Weeks And Remember To Keep A Record Of Your Morning Fasting Blood Sugar Readings And What You Ate And Drank During The Day! 

If You Are Not Able To Have An Average Of 100 Or Below You Will Need To Lower Your Carb Intake By Going To Diet Number Two!

Diet Number 2 Is Called A Ketogenic Diet Or A Keto Diet!  This Is Where You Restrict Your Carb Intake To Produce Ketones From Fat That You Can Be Used For Fuel!

The Total Carbs One Can Have On A Keto Diet Varies From One Person To Another But Is Usually 50 Carbs Or Less!  If You Are Pre-Diabetic Or Diabetic You Will Most Likely Have To Do No More That 20 Total Carbs Per Day!

In Order To Accomplish This You Will Need To Eat A High Fat, Moderate Protein And A Low Carb Meal!  This Would Be More A High Fat Meat And Non-Starchy Vegetables!

Try This Diet For A Few Weeks!  If You Are Still Above 100 For Your Morning Fasting Blood Sugar Readings Then You Will Need To Go To Diet Number 3!

Diet Number 3 Is A Carnivore Diet.  This Diet Consists Mainly Of Eating Meat, Dairy And Eggs!  This Diet Has Very Few Carbs!  To Eat This Way You Need To Make Sure You Are Eating Plenty Of Fat. 

I Have Eaten All Three Of These Diets!  I Do My Best With The Keto And Carnivore Diets.  My Body Cannot Handle Very Many Carbs.  I Encourage You To Start Out With A Low Carb High Fat Diet Of Under 100 Total Carbs!

Here Are Some Other Ways That I Have Found To Help Lower Your Blood Sugar!

Walking Is Very Important!  Try To Get In A Mile Or Two Every Day!  This Is An Exercise That Will Help In Digesting Your Food And Is A Way To Relieve Stress In Your Body Which In Turn Will Lower Blood Sugar!

Another Way To Help Lower Blood Sugar Is To Get Plenty Sleep At Night!  If You Are Not Getting Enough Sleep Then For Sure Your Blood Sugar Readings Will Be Higher!
